General Terms & Conditions:

1. All photography services are subject to availability and must be booked with prior confirmation.
2. Clients are required to provide accurate event details, including date, time, and location. Any last-minute changes may incur additional charges.

Payment Policy:

1. A minimum of 50% advance payment is required to confirm any booking.
2. Advance payments are non-refundable under any circumstances.
3. The remaining payment must be cleared before the delivery of final outputs (photos, videos, or prints).

Cancellation Policy:

1. Cancellations made 7 days or more before the event date will not incur additional penalties, but the advance payment will be retained.
2. Cancellations made less than 7 days before the event date will require the client to pay an additional 30% of the total package cost as a penalty.

Partnership Discounts:

1. Discounts offered under any partnership agreement (e.g., corporate employee benefits) are valid only for the specific terms agreed upon with the partner.
2. The discount applies exclusively to the employees or members of the partner organization, as verified by an official ID or equivalent proof.
3. Discounted services must adhere to the same terms and conditions as standard bookings.

Image Rights & Usage:

1. Checkmate Events reserves the right to use selected photos and videos for promotional purposes unless a prior written agreement is made with the client.
2. Clients may not edit or alter the photos/videos in a way that misrepresents the quality or style of Checkmate Events.

Event Rescheduling:

1. Rescheduling requests are subject to availability. The original advance payment will be adjusted only if the rescheduling is confirmed 15 days before the original event date.

Liability Disclaimer:

Checkmate Events will not be held responsible for unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to equipment failure, natural disasters, or other force majeure events. In such cases, every effort will be made to reschedule or provide an alternative solution.
